Youth Mentorship Program
As part of the Thrivers’ mission to cultivate the next ‘Thrivers’ generation leaders, ‘Thrivers’ launched its mentorship program in January 2023 that assists students and young professionals in navigating career and education choices in a way to dismantle racism.
A high school American student can be matched to an immigrant student to establish a leadership mentoring relationship that could combat economic and racial injustice, social challenges, and humanitarian crises.
