Thrivers promotes  equal access to skills and knowledge about a wide range of business topics for minority and immigrant women-owned businesses, job seekers, and employers.
The program is a valuable tool for acquiring and enhancing knowledge and skills for professionals and employers.

Dismantle racism and systemic oppression in Employment and Career Growth

Offer a structured mentoring environment that enables mentors and mentees to achieve their learning goals and bring about the change both desire for their communities.

Increase access to Equity Mentorship programs by ensuring learning opportunities are tailored to provide autonomy.

Implement inclusivity and diversity practices in the workplace.

Cultivate the next generation of leaders by pairing accomplished professionals with outstanding participants in the Thrivers Career Incubator Program.

GOAL 9

Ensuring all the above is efficiently implemented, monitored, and evaluated to be curated to serve the underserved communities that do not have equal access to opportunities.
